TD Builders completed a full-scale renovation and expansion project that began with converting an existing attached garage into a functional and beautifully designed mudroom, laundry room, pantry, powder room, and storage area. The transformation didn’t stop there—our team fully renovated the kitchen and upgraded the roof system, extending the foundation by four feet to enhance space and flow. We also remodeled the downstairs bedroom and bathroom for improved comfort and aesthetics. All windows and doors throughout the home were replaced, along with both interior and exterior trim, and we installed new double-dipped white cedar shingles for long-lasting coastal charm. We built a welcoming new front porch leading into the mudroom to complement the entry. Out back, we constructed a stunning IPE deck and a Juliet balcony off the primary bedroom, complete with an outdoor shower made of western red cedar below. Finally, the project was rounded out by constructing a brand-new detached garage that blends perfectly with the existing property.
